It is available in both crunchy and smooth type and is a good source of protein and vitamin E. It is commonly paired together with chocolate spread. Hazelnuts also contain iron, thiamin, phosphorus, manganese, and magnesium, and several B vitamins. In lesser quantities, they contain vitamin K, calcium, zinc, and potassium.
